The Art of Food

19 Jul 2016 /

Food at ARTLANDS DUBBO 2016 will be locally sourced from regional providores. The Central West of NSW is renowned for its food and wine and we want you to enjoy all we have to offer. Included in your registration is morning tea and lunch for Friday, Saturday and Sunday catered for us by Dubbo based, Lazy River Estate.

On opening night we will have the local Rotarians cooking up a sausage sizzle in Victoria Park. Vegetarian and vegan snags will be available. You can support the Dubbo community as we wait for it to get dark and the opening spectacular to begin.

Your conference bag will contain lots of discounts for delegates. Try out some of the fabulous eating places around Dubbo showing your delegate tag for your ARTLANDS discounts. We’ve scheduled a free two hours between 5.00pm and 7.00pm every day before the evening Festival program starts. You can choose your own food adventure!

The ARTLANDS conference dinner, The Big Shed Dinner for delegates is an experience in rural hospitality. Dress down, as country is the theme for this great event. It will be short on formality and tall on food and fun. The menu will be sourced from providores of the region, grown, harvested and prepared locally. A paddock to plate experience. Three course menu with wines from the famous wineries of the Central West.

Held in the newest pavilion at the Dubbo Showground, we’re moving out the cattle and moving in the arts. And we’re having a birthday party! Regional Arts NSW (formerly the NSW Arts Council) is inviting you to join with us in celebrating our 70th birthday.
